Hosted from the Harbour House, a maximum of 8 guests experience a weekend of luxury surrounded by sea views, large comfortable beds, exquisite organic products and fluffy towels.
Once settled in, our beautiful guests will enjoy three days of organic wellness hosted by Jen, and ably assisted by her sidekick and event photographer Chris .
Guests quickly dive into the healing powers of functional coherent breath, mindful meditations, immerse into the vibrational powers of a sound bath and each morning experience mindful yoga movement. They are revitalised and centralised by the experience of ice bath emersion (optional and health allowing). Grounded daily by stunning 6 mile walks along river banks, beaches, coastal paths and woodland lead by our local walking guide Neal.
This is literally a gastronomic retreat with wellness interwoven. Allow yourself to be nourished by the most exquisite food, whilst surrounded by the most caring community of likeminded souls. Our private chef Flo is next level awesome.
But most importantly be seen, heard, in a luxurious safe environment perfect to nurture growth. Oh yes there is always a few surprises for our guests throughout the weekend.
