This beautiful three storey Georgian Harbour House overlooks the stunning inner Harbour of Aberaeron, walking distance from the most amazing beaches, walks, restaurants, cafes and independent shops. This is more than a holiday home, it is an experience where we welcome guests into our luxurious home, sharing a little slice of our magic.
4 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, second lounge with double sofa bed sleeps 8-10 on an exclusive use basis. Other option is to book the top floor apartment with two large bedrooms (king and twin) with large private bathroom. Sleeps 4 comfortably.
Guests have use of private Harbour Garden, hot tub (through prior booking) and utility room for washing swim suits. Stunning bedrooms with luxury linens, organic products, fluffy towels and robes await our guests.
We can also offer a bespoke wellness day for guests through prior discussion.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book? Please email direct to info@seedlingsretreatsandholidays.com and we will respond within 12 hours usually much quicker.
Is there access to a kitchen? Top floor guests have access to a utility room with a sink and washing machine. They also have access to the garden. Guests have tea and coffee making facilities on the top floor.
Is there WiFi? Yes broadband and WiFi in all rooms.
Is there a TV? Smart TV with Netflix in both rooms
Do we have to share a bathroom with other guests? The top floor has a large bathroom which only your booking will have access to.
Is there parking? Normally outside the house. If not free parking 30 seconds away.
What time can I arrive and depart? Arrival is after 3pm and departure is before 11am unless agreed otherwise.
Are dogs allowed? Get in touch to discuss dogs staying at Harbour House. Our sister property “Cosy cottage” is also dog friendly.
Can I hire the entire house? On occasions, we can offer an exclusive booking – please speak to us direct.
Do I need to bring towels? No luxury towels and toiletries are provided. Just bring your beach towels!
How far away is the town centre? Harbour house is a few minutes walking distance from independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
