Reiki Healing
I am a Reiki Master and offer beautiful 121 Reiki Healing sessions from the Harbour House in Aberaeron.
Reiki meaning "miraculous sign", comes from the Japanese words "rei" meaning universal, and "ki" meaning life energy. Reiki is a very relaxing energy healing treatment and can improve the flow of energy around the body, enable relaxation, relieve pain and speed healing. Many client’s experience deep relaxation and have been known to shift energy blocks and associated pain.
Please reach out if you need to find some calm within the chaos of life and wonderful healing experiences. My sessions are relaxed , comforting, infused with essential oils and I also share some breathwork techniques designed to relax the nervous system.
Breathwork is introduced at the start of the healing, which is super powerful and the tools can be taken away to share with your family when life can become challenging. I can also introduce sound healing into your Reiki experience if desired.
121 1 hour treatment is £45pp. Booking is essential.
