Service Description
For those in deep personal struggle—physically, emotionally, or mentally—this intensive 8-week programme offers a powerful, life-changing journey. Through weekly 1:1 support, you’ll receive 15 years of Jen’s lived wisdom condensed into transformational tools, breathwork, and mindset shifts. Turn pain into power, and breathe your way forward with Seedlings. This includes: Full Gold Membership access, plus a weekly 1-hour 1:1 Online Session with Jen. A minimum 8-week commitment is required. Ready to book your 1:1 session? To ensure we find a time that works perfectly for you, please contact Jen directly on WhatsApp (07884007525) first to agree on a day and time. Once you have confirmed your slot with her, you can then select your agreed-upon time in the Bookings Calendar (click Book Now) to lock it in.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Our Time Together: Our Session Policy We honour and respect the time we dedicate to our 1:1 sessions, and we kindly ask that you do the same. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, so if you need to make a change, here is our simple policy. Rescheduling Your Session To reschedule your 1:1 session, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to manage our schedule and potentially offer the time to another member. You can do this easily via the link in your confirmation email or through your online member account. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, will unfortunately result in the session for that week/month being forfeited. If We Need to Reschedule If we ever need to change a session from our end, we promise to give you as much notice as possible and will work with you to find a new time that is convenient for you. Thank you for respecting our time together. We can't wait to support you on your journey.
